Back in 2022, I was enrolled as a caterer for two consecutive years at the University of Strasbourg’s Service de la Vie Universitaire (SVU).
Mission
I was responsible for coordinating with my colleagues in the catering department to set up buffets, welcome guests, and ensure the smooth execution of events.
Conclusion
This experience allowed me to discover catering and to develop my skills in attention to detail, guest relations and communication.
